Retreats are meant to rejuvenate out minds with peace and tranquillity, by keeping aside our routine life. It also helps us connect with people and dedicate our time for a single purpose of reviving ourselves. To experience such a retreat that is fully dedicated to the well being of our body and soul, would be a gift to one’s self.
I stayed for 2 weeks to treat Aryurveda. This is the first time to visit. Most of stuff were very kindly and location was very good. I was introduced this Centre by my friend. Next time if I have a opprotunity to visit here, I want to visit again. But it was rainy season, so that weather was bud most of every day
My wife and I spent two weeks at AyurSoma. The principal purpose of our visit was to take advantage of the Ayurvedic treatment provided by the hospital's therapists and doctors. Situated on top of hillock with greenery all round it (almost being like in a botanical garden) and with a view from a distance of the Arabian Sea, it is a perfect location to relax and have the daily massages and other oil treatment provided. Friendly and courteous staff of the hospital as well as the Ayurvedic centre. Strongly recommend to those who want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
just loved it! the place, the nature, the beach, the food, the treatment, "The ayurveda people" this is a very good place to have Ayurvedic treatment. My cottage was in front of the sea with A/C, quiet and clean, neat room. Before sunrise I wake up and meditate in the garden till the fisherman return. Loved the beach and also the swimming pool. Everything was just perfect. I enjoyed every single ayurvedic meal. I felt 10 years younger after 1 week of treatments. Highly recommended!!!!
